Please confirm the following:

Larc Hill will provide three shipments annually (Spring, Winter, and Fall). Shipments may fluctuate due to weather.

For those who selected to pick up their allocation at the winery, they must be picked up within 8 weeks of release. After which, we will ship your wine and additional shipping fees may apply depending on membership level.

We ask for a one-year commitment (3 allocations). If commitment is not met, a $50 early-termination fee may apply. If membership is used for an event and cancellation occurs prior to the commitment term, wine purchased at the event will revert to the previously negotiated discount and additional payment would be required for the difference. 

Should you choose to cancel (though we hope you don't), cancellation requires a 30-day notice.
